Lakeridge Sky Resort 

Cellucci+Pace was retained by the Lakeridge Ski Resort to add a 12,000 sf addition to the existing facility. The main scope of the project was to add functional space to the successful operations of the resort as the existing rental shops, ticketing desks and restaurant seating areas are in much need of more usable space and seating for the weekend patrons as well as school groups that enjoy this facility during weekdays and weekends alike, throughout the year. The new additions will also provide multi-purpose spaces for office functions and conferences. Future additions are also being planned for other activities as indoor climbing and virtual 3D gaming. The project is scheduled to start construction in the Spring of 2019 with a completion date of November 2019.

Iceland Arena Interior renovations and AODA improvements:

The Iceland Arena is a well used facility for regional skating events as well as community recreational skating. The current vending kiosk and supporting customer assistance offices needed to be redesign and upgraded to meet the latest accessibility requirements. Cellucci+Pace were retained by the City of Mississauga the start the design, approvals and construction administration of this project. The design started in the Fall of 2017 and the project was completed in late Summer of 2018. The redesign of these spaces not only complied with the accessibility requirements but added a fresh modern look to the public areas of the main circulation spaces. The project was completed on time and below the approved project budget.
